The most important link in the development and design of Industrial Nut is quality control.  There are several main doors from feeding to finished product delivery, and these doors have different inspection methods.  First of all, feed is related to appearance, size, composition, performance, detection of harmful substances, etc.  This process is more about appearance, size, impact experiment and forging streamline.  Heat treatment is more about appearance, hardness, torque, tension and gold etc.  Surface treatment is more about hydrogen embrittlement test, coating, salt spray, etc.  , including testing of hazardous substances shipped.
In terms of size and appearance detection, secondary size, profile measuring instrument, three-coordinate measuring instrument and image sorting machine are commonly used (this is a full selection machine);
In mechanical and chemical tests, there are mainly hardness machines (Lloyd's and Vickers), tensile machines and metallographic microscopes.
Industrial nuts have spectrum analyzer and salt spray tester for material testing.
